DJ101 – July Sessions
July Sessions Start Saturday, July 5th, 2025 and runs through Saturday, July 26th, 2025. Classes are held every Saturday.
WEEK 1: Saturday, July 5th
Scratch 101:
Teaching The fundamentals of equipment. Learn to setup and operate a variety of industry standard Dj equipment. (Rane, pioneer, technics)
WEEK 2: Saturday, July 12th
Mixing 101
Learn how to navigate record pools, build a DJ library, and setup crates for gigs.
Week 3: Saturday, July 19th
Beat Matching 101
Learn basic song structure, what a bpm is, basic mix theory (beat matching).
Week 4: Saturday, July 26th
Scratching 101
Learn basic scratch techniques, baby scratch, scribble and cross faded settings and movements.
