DJ101 – February Sessions
February Sessions Start Saturday, February 4th, 2023 and runs through Saturday, February 25th, 2023. Classes are held every Saturday.
Kids Classes are held from 12pm-2pm.
Adult Classes are held from 2pm-4pm.
WEEK 1: Saturday, February 4th
Scratch 101
Teaching The fundamentals of equipment. Learn to setup and operate a variety of industry standard Dj equipment. (Rane, pioneer, technics)
WEEK 2: Saturday, February 11th
Mixing 101
Learn how to navigate record pools, build a DJ library, and setup crates for gigs.
Week 3: Saturday, February 18th
Beat Matching 101
Learn basic song structure, what a bpm is, basic mix theory (beat matching).
Week 4: Saturday, February 25th
Scratching 101
Learn basic scratch techniques, baby scratch, scribble and cross faded settings and movements.
